“职继融通”视角下课程资源模块化设计原则与方法

在当今科技飞速发展与产业升级的背景下,职业教育与继续教育的融合愈发重要。课程资源模块化设计能够精准满足不同学习者的个性化需求,实现职业教育与继续教育的无缝衔接,提高教育资源利用效率。在具体实施环节上,课程资源模块化设计需遵循一定的原则和方法。设计原则包括以职业需求为导向、继续教育衔接性、模块独立性与关联性以及学习者中心原则。设计方法与步骤,包括需求分析、模块划分、模块设计、资源整合与开发、实施与评估。通过汽车维修专业的案例分析,也验证了该设计方法的可行性与有效性。
Principles and Methods of Modular Curriculum Resource Design from the Perspective of Vocational and Continuing Education Integration

Abstract:
In the context of rapid technological development and industrial upgrading, the integration of vocational education and continuing education has become increasingly important. The modular design of curriculum resources can precisely meet the individual needs of different learners, achieve seamless integration between vocational and continuing education,and improve the efficiency of educational resource utilization. In the specific implementation process, the modular design of curriculum resources needs to follow certain principles and methods. The design principles include being oriented by vocational needs, ensuring the continuity of continuing education, maintaining the independence and interrelation of modules, and focusing on the learner. The design methods and steps include needs analysis, module division, module design, resource integration and development, and implementation and evaluation. Through the case analysis of the automotive repair major, the feasibility and effectiveness of this design method have been verified.
