基于国际认证的应用型国际化人才培养策略

摘要:
随着对外开放不断深化,我国对国际化应用型人才的需求不断攀升。地方应用型本科高校承担着为国家和地方培养应用型人才的重任,需要找到能高效培养国际化应用型人才的路径。经过比较与实践,应用型本科高校通过专业国际认证的方式培养国际化人才是一条可行之路。高校专业按照国际专业机构的认证标准制定国际化人才培养方案,建设培养国际化人才的师资队伍,培养学生的国际化实践能力,通过认证后,高校专业培养的人才将成为能被国际社会认可的应用型人才。以专业国际化认证为导向的国际化人才培养模式整体成本不高且效率较高,有利于应用型本科高校专业国际化人才培养体系的建立。
Strategies for Applied International Talents Training Based on Global Certification

Abstract:
With the continuous deepening of China’s opening-up, the demand for international applied talents is constantly increasing. Since local applied undergraduate universities bear the responsibility of cultivating applied talents for the country and local areas, it is necessary to find a path to cultivate international applied talents effectively. After comparison and practice, it is a feasible way for application-oriented undergraduate colleges to cultivate international talents through professional international certification. According to the certification standards of international professional institutions, colleges and universities make international talents training programs, build a team of teachers to train international talents, and cultivate students’ international practical ability. After passing the certification, the talents trained by colleges and universities will become applied talents that can be recognized by the international community. The overall cost of the international talents training mode oriented by professional internationalization certification is not high and the efficiency is high, which is conducive to the establishment of the international talents training system for applied undergraduate universities.
