终身学习视域下职业院校参与社区教育的实践路径

在全民终身学习理念引领的学习型社会构建进程中，职业院校积极参与城乡社区教育，对社会服务创新具有显著推动作用，旨在塑造创新发展的服务模式。聚焦职业院校参与社区教育的实践路径，通过引导社会成员树立终身学习的文化观念与价值认同，促进政府、学校、企业及社区等多元主体的协同参与，形成社区教育的强大合力。通过揭示职业院校参与社区教育的有效策略，促进社区教育形成持续的创新增长点，真正契合社区居民的学习需求，为构建更加开放、包容、创新的终身学习体系提供有力支撑，进一步推动我国社区教育事业的繁荣发展。
Practical Research of Vocational College Participating in Community Education from the Perspective of Lifelong Learning

Abstract:
In the process of building a learning society under the guidance of the concept of lifelong learning for all, vocational colleges actively participate in community education in urban and rural areas, which plays a significant role in promoting innovation in social services and aims to shape an innovative service model. Focusing on the path of vocational colleges participating in community education, by guiding social members to establish a lifelong learning culture and value identity, it promotes the coordinated participation of multiple subjectives such as government, schools, enterprises and communities, thus forming a powerful synergy of community education. By revealing the effective strategies for vocational colleges to participate in community education, it promotes the formation of a sustainable innovation growth point in community education, which is truly in line with the learning needs of community residents, and provides a strong support to the construction of a more open, inclusive, and innovative lifelong learning system, which further promotes the prosperity and development of China,s community education.
