西柏坡精神中的民主文化意蕴及其价值

摘要：
西柏坡精神是新民主主义文化精神的重要组成部分，其文化意蕴丰富深刻，主要包括彻底的革命精神、“两个务必”精神和“赶考”精神，是西柏坡时期党面临新的历史挑战所取得的宝贵精神财富。在政治文化层面，西柏坡精神吸收了中华优秀传统文化的民本思想等相关民主文化基因，完成了从传统民本思想向新民主主义文化精神的历史性转变，也成为全过程人民民主的文化根基之一。全过程人民民主在文化层面与西柏坡精神有契合之处，深入发掘西柏坡精神的民主文化意蕴有助于深入理解和阐释全过程人民民主的深层次文化根源，提升广大人民群众对社会主义中国式民主新形态的认同，为全过程人民民主的进一步发展提供坚实的文化支撑。
The Democratic Cultural Implications and Value of the Spirit of Xibaipo

Abstract:
The Spirit of Xibaipo is an important component of the cultural spirit of new democracy, characterized by its profound and rich cultural connotations, which primarily encompasses the spirit of thorough revolution, the “Two Musts” spirit and the “Exam-taking” spirit. It represents a valuable spiritual treasure obtained by the Party in the face of new historical challenges during the Xibaipo period. At the level of political culture, the Spirit of Xibaipo absorbs the democratic cultural genes related to the people-oriented thought in China’s excellent traditional culture, completing a historic transformation from traditional people-oriented thought to the cultural spirit of new democracy. It has also become one of the cultural foundations of whole-process people’s democracy. Whole-process people’s democracy shares similarities with the Spirit of Xibaipo at the cultural level. Deeply exploring the democratic cultural connotations of the Spirit of Xibaipo is conducive to deeply understanding and interpreting the underlying cultural roots of whole-process people’s democracy, enhancing the identification of the broad masses of the people with the new form of socialist Chinese democracy, and providing a solid cultural support for the further development of whole-process people’s democracy.
