产教融合下开放大学“一云三创”人才培养实施路径

摘要:
为了深入探究开放大学产教融合视域下“一云三创”人才培养模式的实施路径,立足于时代发展需求和开放大学人才培养现状,分析当前人才培养目标定位模糊、校企协同创新机制缺失、“双师型”师资队伍匮乏等问题。提出了优化顶层设计、对接产业需求、创新教学组织、强化实践育人、深化校企合作等方面的实施策略,并明确了构建评价体系的思路。通过构建线上线下融合的云环境,培育学生的创新创业能力和创造精神,建立产教融合的人才培养机制,能够有效促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的深度融合,从而为区域经济社会发展源源不断地输送高素质应用型创新人才。
Implementation Path of the “One Cloud, Three Innovations” Talent Training in Open Universities under the Industry-Education Integration

Abstract:
In order to explore the implementation path of the “One Cloud, Three Innovations” talent training model from the perspective of the integration of industry and education in open universities, based on the needs of the times and the current situation of talent training in open universities, the study analyzes the problems of vague positioning of talent training goals, lack of collaborative innovation mechanisms between schools and enterprises and shortage of “dual qualified” teaching staff. It puts forward the implementation strategies of optimizing top-level design, meeting the needs of industry, innovating teaching organization, strengthening practical education, deepening school-enterprise cooperation, and clarifies the idea of constructing evaluation system. By building a cloud environment that integrates online and offline, cultivating students’ innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and creative spirit and establishing a talent cultivation mechanism that integrates industry and education, it can effectively promote the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, industry chain and innovation chain, thereby continuously delivering high-quality applied innovative talents for regional economic and social development.
