老年教育联盟构建策略：基于资源整合与模式创新视角

摘要：
面对人口老龄化加速带来的老年教育需求增长，组建老年教育联盟成为解决当前问题的关键策略。该联盟旨在通过资源整合、教学模式创新、师资力量强化和合作渠道拓展，有效缓解老年教育资源分散、教学内容单一、师资短缺等问题。联盟的构建需明确目标定位，建立完善的组织机制，并持续进行资源整合、教学模式创新、师资队伍建设以及合作拓展。尽管如此，联盟的组建还是遭遇了观念认知局限、利益分配协调困难、管理体制不健全以及法律法规滞后等挑战。为应对这些挑战，可以通过加强宣传、建立利益协调机制、优化管理体制和推进法规建设等策略，促进老年教育联盟的健康发展。
Strategies for Constructing Elderly Education Alliances: A Perspective of Resource Integration and Model Innovation

Abstract:
Faced with the increasing demand for elderly education due to the accelerated aging of the population, forming an elderly education alliance has become a key strategy to address the current situation. This alliance aims to effectively alleviate the problems of scattered resources, single teaching content and shortage of teachers in the elderly education through resource integration, innovative teaching model, strengthening of the teaching staff, and expansion of cooperative channels. The construction of the alliance requires a clear goal orientation, establishment of a sound organizational mechanism, and continuous integration of resources, innovation of teaching models, construction of teaching staff and expansion of cooperation. However, the formation of the alliance also faces challenges such as limitations in conceptual and cognitive understanding, difficulties in benefit distribution coordination, imperfect management systems and lagging laws and regulations. To cope with these challenges, strategies such as strengthening publicity, establishing a benefit coordination mechanism, optimizing the management system, and advancing legal construction can be employed to promote the healthy development of the elderly education alliance.
