投入产出模型下房地产业经济效应分析

摘要:
房地产业的兴衰影响着我国国民经济的发展,在国民经济中的地位十分重要。结合我国房地产业特征对国家投入产出表做进一步开发,尝试编制2017年、2018年和2020年3个年份的房地产业投入产出表,分析了房地产业的关联效应,并进一步探究其经济贡献程度。得出如下结论:在产业投入结构方面,我国的房地产业在关联效应上总体表现较弱;而在与第三产业的产业关联方面,我国的房地产业仍具有一定的提升空间;在房地产业前向产业关联上,总体呈现出愈发紧密的趋势,我国房地产业在经济发展过程中的支撑作用在不断提高。

Analysis of the Economic Effect of the Real Estate Industry Based on the Input-output Model

Abstract:
The flourishing and downturn of the real estate industry affects the development of China’s national economy and plays an important role in the national economy. The study combines the characteristics of China’s real estate industry to further develop the national input-output table and attempts to compile the 2017, 2018, and 2020 real estate industry input-output tables to analyze the industry’s related effects and economic contributions. The conclusion drawn is that China’s real estate industry has weak correlation effects in terms of industrial investment structure. In terms of the industrial association with the tertiary industry, there is still much room for improvement. On the whole, the forward industrial association of the real estate industry has shown an increasingly close trend. The supporting role of China’s real estate industry in the process of economic development is constantly improving.
