社区老年教育服务老年群体现状及创新——以扬州开放大学“一核多点”老年教育为例

社区居家养老模式为发展社区老年教育提供了良好的一体化发展机遇,目前社区老年教育服务取得了初步成绩,但仍有进一步提升的空间。扬州开放大学通过“一核多点”老年教育模式的实践,为社区老年教育提供了可行范例。针对目前实践中凸显的问题,扬州开放大学需采取针对性策略,更新对教育的认知,树立正确的养老观念;增强政府在指导职能方面的作用,同时加强立法与财政支持;提升教育资源的可及性,倡导多样化的教学方法与内容;增加服务团队的构建,提升教育质量,不断提升社区老年教育服务水平,实现老年人与家庭、社区、社会的和谐发展。
Current Situation and Innovation of Community Elderly Education Services for the Elderly Population ——Taking Yangzhou Open University’s “One Core, Multiple Points” Elderly Education as an Example

Abstract:
Community home-based care for the elderly provides a good opportunity for the development of community education for the elderly. At present, community education for the elderly has achieved initial results, but there is still room for further improvement. Yangzhou Open University has provided a feasible example for community elderly education through the practice of the “one core, multiple points” elderly education model. In response to the prominent problems in current practice, Yangzhou Open University needs to take targeted measures, update educational cognition and establish a correct concept of elderly care; Give full play to the government’s leading role, strengthen legislation and financial investment; Expand the supply of educational resources and promote the diversification of educational content and forms; Strengthen the construction of service teams, improve the quality of educational services, continuously improve the level of community elderly education services, and achieve harmonious development between the elderly and their families, communities and the society.
