数字经济对河北省就业质量影响及对策研究

摘要:
采集河北省代表数字经济、就业质量发展水平的41类指标数据,运用熵权构建反映河北省数字经济和就业质量的评估指标系,就数字经济对就业质量的影响进行最小二乘法回归分析。结果发现,河北省的数字经济发展对就业品质产生明显正面效应,包括数字基础建设的完善、各类数字产业发展以及产业数字化整合运用等方面的重大改进,都为河北省的就业情况带来了积极的变化。这些举措不但扩展了工作岗位,同时也优化了职场环境,有利于实现更高品质的工作,为河北省的社会经济发展增添了新动力。因此,未来河北省要加大对数字化基础的投入,改善交通通达度,加快探索数字人才的培育和现有人才的数字化转型培训等的政策建议。

Research on the Impact of Digital Economy on the Employment Quality in Hebei Province and the Countermeasures

Abstract:
The study collects 41 kinds of index data representing the development level of digital economy and employment quality in Hebei Province, constructs an evaluation index system reflecting digital economy and employment quality in Hebei Province by using entropy weight, and makes least square regression analysis on the impact of digital economy on employment quality. The results show that the development of digital economy in Hebei Province has obvious positive effects on the quality of employment, including the improvement of digital infrastructure, the development of various digital industries and the integration and application of digital industries, all of which have brought positive changes to the employment situation in Hebei Province. These measures not only expand jobs, but also optimize the workplace environment, which is conducive to achieving higher quality jobs and adding new impetus to the social and economic development of Hebei Province. Therefore, in the future, Hebei Province should increase investment in digital infrastructure, improve traffic accessibility, and accelerate the exploration of digital talent cultivation and digital transformation training for existing talents.
