河北省科技创新赋能产业发展现状与对策

摘要：
习近平总书记在河北考察时强调，河北要在推进创新驱动发展中闯出新路子。当前，河北相较于京津两地仍处于创新洼地，如何实现北京创新河北落地，需要继续探索新路径，这也成为落实总书记重要讲话精神的重要课题。河北省虽取得了创新高速发展，但承接京津成果相对粗放，省内各地创新发展不均衡，影响了京津冀一体化进程。因此，有必要借鉴省外先进经验，成立创新联合体，加强产学研用资源融通，助力河北科技创新赋能产业高质量发展。
Development Status and Countermeasures of Technological Innovation Empowerment Industry in Hebei Province

Abstract:
During his inspection in Hebei, the General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized that Hebei should find a new way in promoting innovation-driven development. At present, Hebei is still in an innovation depression compared with Beijing and Tianjin. How to realize the implementation of Beijing’s innovation in Hebei needs to continue to explore new paths, which has also become an important topic to implement the spirit of the important speech of the General Secretary. Although Hebei Province has achieved rapid development of innovation, it has undertaken relatively extensive achievements in Beijing and Tianjin, and the innovation and development of various parts of the province are uneven, which has affected the integration process of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Therefore, it is necessary to learn from the advanced experience outside the province, establish an innovation consortium, strengthen the integration of industry-university-research resources, and help the scientific and technological innovation in Heibei to empower the high-quality development of the industry.
