数字赋能老年教育新秩序构建研究

摘要:
进一步扩大老年教育供给、创新老年教育体制机制,要以数据治理为量化抓手,以成果运用为激励工具,从数据服务、软件服务、平台服务、架构服务四个维度构建老年教育数字化服务体系,通过技术赋能推动教育资源共建共享、管理赋能实现教育过程可测可评、服务赋能重构老年教育学习场景,实现老年教育“能学”“治学”“善学”的目标。

Research on the Construction of New Order of Digital Empowerment Education for the Elderly

Abstract:
To further expand the supply of education for the elderly and innovate the system and mechanism of education for the elderly, we should take data governance as the quantitative starting point and the application of results as the incentive tool to build a digital service system for education for the elderly from four dimensions: data service, software service, platform service and architecture service. Through technical empowerment, we can promote the co-construction and sharing of educational resources; management empowerment can make the education process measurable; service empowerment can reconstruct the learning scene of the elderly education, so as to achieve the goals of “being able to learn”, “doing research” and “being good at learning” for the elderly education.
