开放教育数据共享框架研究与实践——以国家开放大学为例

数字化战略背景下，以国家开放大学为代表的开放教育机构信息化建设水平持续提升。如何高效利用教育资源，促进教育信息的交流共享，已成为开放教育领域研究的核心议题。针对当前国家开放大学各业务系统数据孤岛、各自为政的问题，从数据共享业务架构、数据流转、安全保障、平台设计等方面构建国家开放大学数据共享平台框架，经实践验证，该平台稳定运行，平台接口调用超1 300万次，为29个分部提供超1 TB共享数据，实现了四级办学体系之间的数据共享和互联互通。
Research and Practice on the Framework for Open Education Data Sharing——Taking the Open University of China as an Example

Abstract:
Under the background of digital strategy, the level of informatization construction of open education institutions represented by the Open University of China has been continuously improved. How to efficiently utilize educational resources and promote the exchange and sharing of educational information has become the core issue of research in the field of open education. Addressing the problem of data silos and fragmentation across different systems in the Open University of China, a data sharing platform framework for the university has been constructed from the perspectives of data sharing business architecture, data flow, security assurance, and platform design. Through experimentation and validation, the platform operates stably, with over 13 million times of platform interface calls and 1 TB of data obtained by 29 divisions through the platform, achieving data sharing and interoperability among the four-level educational system.
