摘要：
国家提出的建设技能型社会的理念和战略，对职业教育在完善产教融合办学体制、创新校企合 作办学机制、深化教育教学改革等方面提出了新的建设要求。当前职业教育中存在教育资源供给不足、教学 内容滞后于产业及教育体系偏离生产需求等问题，解决这些问题的策略包括：深化产教融合，精准定位助力 行业发展；加强校企合作，双重主场优化培养模式；完善教育体系，与时俱进培育技能人才。
Research on Skills Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Skill-based Society

Abstract:
The state has put forward concept and strategy of building a skill-based society,and put forward new con- struction requirements for vocational education in improving the integration of industry and education,innovating the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and deepening the reform of education and teaching.At present,there are some problems in vocational education,such as insufficient supply of educational resources,teaching content lagging behind indus- try and educational system deviating from production demand.The solutions include:deepening the integration of industry and education,accurately positioning the development of the service industry,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation, optimizing the training mode of dual home fields,improving the education system,and cultivating skilled talents with the times.
