新时代大学生劳动价值观培育路径研究

摘要：
劳动价值观的培育是劳动教育的出发点，亦是劳动教育的中心环节。立足于新的时代条件下，劳动价值观必然被赋予了新的内涵，对于大学生劳动价值观的培育也必然提出了新的要求。大学生劳动价值观正确与否，不仅关乎国家、民族的富强与复兴，还关乎大学生自身的成长与发展。加强大学生劳动价值观的培育，有利于教育回归到对学生个体的关注，提高我国劳动教育的科学性和现实针对性。要有效提升当前大学生的劳动价值观，应以社会、高校、家庭及大学生自身为着力点，形成“3+1”型的四位一体的教育合力。
Research on the Path of Cultivating Labor Values of College Students in the New Era

Abstract:
Cultivation of labor values is the starting point and the center of labor education. Based on the conditions of the new era, labor values have been given new connotations, and the cultivation of college students’ labor values has also put forward new requirements. Whether the labor values of college students are correct or not is not only related to the prosperity and rejuvenation of the country and the nation, but also to the growth and development of college students themselves. Strengthening the cultivation of college students’ labor values is conducive to the return of education to the attention of individual students and the improvement of the scientific and practical relevance of China’s labor education. In order to effectively improve the labor values of college students, we should focus on society, colleges and universities, families and college students themselves to form a “3+1” type of four-in-one educational synergy.
