红色基因融入高校思想政治教育工作，是落实立德树人根本任务的使命担当，是应对百年未有之大变局的时代要求，更是引导青年学生坚定中国特色社会主义信念的现实所需。红色基因作为中国革命和建设的重要组成部分，是中国共产党的光荣传统和丰富经验的体现，同时也需将红色基因融入思政课堂、社会实践和校园文化等三个维度，探索红色基因融入高校思想政治教育工作的策略。
A Multi-dimensional Study on the Integration of Red Gene into the Ideological and Political Work System of Universities

Abstract:
The integration of the red gene into the ideological and political education work in universities is a mission to implement the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue, a response to the unprecedented changes of the times in the past century, and a practical need to guide young students to firmly believe in socialism with Chinese characteristics. As an important part of the Chinese revolution and construction, the red gene is the embodiment of the glorious tradition and rich experience of the CPC. At the same time, it needs to integrate the red gene into the ideological and political classroom, social practice and campus culture to explore the strategy of integrating the red gene into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
