开放大学国际化路径探索：组织变革理论视角

《国家开放大学综合改革方案》明确要求将国家开放大学打造成对外合作的主要平台，如何实现有效的国际化，成为我国开放大学亟待解决的问题。以组织变革理论为指导，分析开放大学国际化过程中的组织变革特征，从发展战略、实施技术和管理系统三个维度，构建了一个全面的分析框架，为开放大学成功实现国际化提供了具体的途径和策略参考。
Exploration of Internationalization Path of Open University: Perspective of Organizational Change Theory

Abstract:
The Comprehensive Reform Plan for the Open University of China clearly requires that the National Open University should be built into a main platform for foreign cooperation. How to achieve effective internationalization has become an urgent issue for the open universities in China. Guided by the theory of organizational change, the study analyzes the characteristics of organizational change in the process of internationalization of the open university, and constructs a comprehensive analysis framework from three dimensions: development strategy, implementation technology and management system, which provides specific approaches and strategic references for the successful realization of internationalization of the open university.
