传统信息化党建引领驱动基层社会治理既取得了成功，也遭遇到多种瓶颈。进化的智慧微党建模式赋能基层社会治理创新：智慧微技术深度融合党建应用，赋能“完善信息化支撑”高度强化；智慧微党建深度畅联智慧微沟通，赋能“完善网格化管理”高效提升；智慧微党建促进智慧微行动，精准实施基层社会“精细化服务”；智慧微党建凸显智能微范式，助推“健全共建共治共享的社会治理制度，提升社会治理效能”。
Study on the Innovation of Smart Micro Party Building Empowering Grassroots Social Governance

Abstract:
Traditional information-based Party construction has led to drive grassroots social governance, which has achieved great success, but also encountered a variety of realistic bottlenecks. The evolving smart micro Party building model empowers the innovation of grassroots social governance:smart micro technology deeply integrates the application of Party building, and empowers the highly strengthened "perfect information support"; Smart micro Party building is deeply connected with smart micro communication, enabling efficient improvement of "perfect grid management"; Smart micro Party building promotes smart micro actions and accurately implements "fine services" for grassroots society. Smart micro party building highlights the smart micro paradigm, and promotes "improving the social governance system of co-construction,co-governance and sharing, and improving the effectiveness of social governance".
