先行示范区研究生政治素养培育的价值与路径

摘要：
先行示范区研究生政治素养培育在价值引导、理想信念和育人使命方面具有深厚的价值底蕴，同时存在培育机制尚未形成有机整体、育人环境需要持续优化、队伍建设有待继续加强等现实困境，可以通过传承文化基因、强化网络阵地建设，培育良好社区民主环境、充分挖掘先行示范区红色资源、优化队伍建设等实践路径强化培育过程，提升培育实效。
The Value and Path of Cultivating Political Literacy of Postgraduates in Pilot Demonstration Zone

Abstract:
The cultivation of political literacy of postgraduates in the pilot demonstration zone has a profound value in the aspects of value guidance, ideals, beliefs and education mission. At the same time, there are practical difficulties such as the cultivation mechanism has not yet formed an organic whole, the education environment needs to be continuously optimized, and the team construction needs to be further strengthened. We can strengthen the cultivation process by inheriting cultural genes, strengthening the construction of network positions, cultivating a good community democratic environment,fully tapping the red resources in the pilot demonstration zone, optimizing team building and other practical paths to enhance the cultivation effectiveness.
