积极老龄化视域下老年教育现状及创新性研究

摘要:
积极老龄化视域下,老年教育的核心是满足老年人的精神需求,即社会参与,老年人要积极主动参与到社会建设中,发挥自身价值,得到社会的认可和肯定。目前,老年教育存在管理机制不完善、教育定位不精准、专业师资配备不足及社会和老年人自身认知误区等现状,严重影响和制约着老年教育的发展,因此,探索和创新老年教育新模式是进一步提升老年教育质量、适应时代发展的长期课题。积极探索并引入新的老年教育理念,力求创新教学方式,精确把握老年人的学习需求,不断更新教学方法,科学合理地设置课程形式,以提升老年教育教学质量,满足老年人高层次的精神需求,实现其自身价值。

Research on the Present Situation and Innovation of Elderly Education from the Perspective of Active Aging

Abstract:
From the perspective of active aging, the core of education for the elderly is to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly, that is, social participation. The elderly should actively participate in social construction, give play to their own values, and get social recognition and affirmation. At present, there are some problems in the education for the elderly, such as imperfect management mechanism, inaccurate education orientation, insufficient professional teachers and misunderstanding of society and the elderly themselves, which seriously affect and restrict the development of education for the elderly.Therefore, exploring and innovating a new model of education for the aged is a long-term task to further improve the quality of education for the aged and adapt to the development of the times. We should actively explore and introduce new concepts of education for the elderly, strive to innovate teaching methods, accurately grasp the learning needs of the elderly, constantly update teaching methods, and scientifically and reasonably set up curriculum forms, so as to improve the teaching quality of education for the elderly, meet the high-level spiritual needs of the elderly and realize their own values.
