摘要：
随着社会的不断发展和进步，人们对教育的需求也越来越多样化。传统的学历教育往往存在门槛高、时间长、费用高等问题，使得很多人无法接受正规学历教育，非学历教育逐渐成为人们获取知识和技能的重要途径。基层开放大学是我国基层教育体系中的一种重要形式，面向地方、面向基层、面向农村等基层社会群体，提供高等教育和继续教育服务。因此，需要积极开展基层开放大学非学历教育的实践路径研究工作，满足基层群体的知识和技能需求，提高基层群体的就业竞争力，促进社会经济的可持续发展。
Practice of Non-academic Education in Grass-roots Open Universities from the Perspective of Quality Assurance

Abstract:
With the continuous development and progress of society, people's demand for education is becoming more and more diversified. Traditional academic education often has problems such as high threshold, long time and high cost, which makes many people unable to receive formal academic education. Non-academic education has gradually become an important way for people to acquire knowledge and skills. The grass-roots open university is an important form in the grass-roots education system in China, which provides higher education and continuing education services for local, grass-roots and rural grassroots social groups. Therefore, it is necessary to actively carry out the research on the practical path of non-academic education in grass-roots open universities to meet the knowledge and skills needs of grass-roots groups, improve their employment competitiveness and promote the sustainable development of social economy.
