社科学术期刊是引领学术方向、鼓励学术创新、传播学术思想、搭建学术交流的重要平台，担负着促进社会科学繁荣发展的重要任务。新时代社科学术期刊的发展面临着更多的机遇和挑战，尤其在开放大学全面发展的关键时期，促进开放大学学术期刊的高质量发展，能够更好地助力开放大学学术水平的提高和学科建设的特色发展，也是学术思想和理论创新的现实诉求。
Research on the High Quality Development of Social Science Academic Journals in the New Era——Taking Open University Academic Journals as an Example

Abstract:
Social science academic journals are an important platform to lead the academic direction, encourage academic innovation, spread academic ideas and build academic exchanges, and shoulder the important task of promoting the prosperity and development of social sciences. The development of social science academic journals in the new era is facing more opportunities and challenges, especially in the critical period of the all-round development of the open university. Promoting the high-quality development of academic journals in the open university can better help improve the academic level of the open university and the characteristic development of discipline construction, and it is also the realistic demand of academic thought and theoretical innovation.
