摘要：
人工智能深度参与思想政治教育领域，使思想政治教育者在传统角色职能、教育方法和角色意识上都受到一定程度的冲击。与此同时，人工智能在提高工作效率、拓展工作场域、变革思维方式等方面又为思想政治教育者的角色重塑提供了契机。为了适应人工智能时代的变化，思想政治教育者必须迎接挑战，抓住机遇，成为人机协作者、全面发展推动者、创新发展者。
Reshaping the Role of Ideological and Political Educators in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Abstract:
Artificial intelligence is deeply involved in the field of ideological and political education, which makes ideological and political educators suffer a certain degree of impact on the traditional role functions, teaching methods and role consciousness. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence also provides an opportunity to reshape the role of ideological educators in terms of improving work efficiency, expanding the work field, and changing the way of thinking. To adapt to the changes in the age of artificial intelligence and to make artificial intelligence work, ideological and political educators must meet the challenges and seize the opportunities, become collaborators of human and machine, promoters of comprehensive development and innovators of development.
