干部网络教育在线课程建设现状与优化研究——以河北干部网络学院课程数据为例

河北干部网络学院历经六年的发展，课程建设已形成较完备体系，通过掌握的大数据对课程平均完成人数，课程、专题关键词搜索，类别、专题、课程学习热度，不同职务级别学习热度，专题班选用课程排行五个方面进行分析，以预判课程的使用趋势，为进一步建设和优化干部教育在线课程提供参考。
Research on the Current Situation and Optimization of Online Course Construction of Cadre Network Education——Taking the Course Data of Hebei Cadre Network Training Institute as an Example

Abstract:
After six years of development, the course construction of Hebei Cadre Network Training Institute has formed a relatively complete system. Based on the mastered big data, the study analyzes the course resource construction status and course learning data from the following five aspects:average number of people completing the course; keyword searching of course and topic; learning fever of the category and course; different job levels of learning enthusiasm; ranking of selecting courses for special classes, so as to predict the use trend of the course and provide reference for further building and optimizing the online course of cadre education.
