开放大学思政课教学的优势、困境与发展路径

经过多年的实践探索，国家开放大学思政课系统资源和线上教学模式的优势及特色已逐渐突显出来，但同时也暴露出了支持与评价体系尚不健全；师资力量有限，任课教师综合素养参差不齐；线上线下融合教学模式尚不成熟等困境与不足之处。这些都需要国家开放大学总部集系统之力，从宏观方案设计、中观运行机制的良性构建以及微观教学实践的有效指导等几个层次持续发力，以期全方位地彰显国家开放大学系统思政课教学的优势特色，充分发挥思政课立德树人的核心功能，全面提升育人质量。
The Advantages, Difficulties and Development Paths of Ideological and Political Course Teaching in the Open University

Abstract:
After years of practice and exploration, the advantages and characteristics of the ideological and political course system resources and online teaching mode of the open university have gradually emerged. It also reveals that the support and evaluation system is not perfect, professional teachers are limited and the comprehensive quality of existing teachers is uneven, online and offline integration of teaching mode is not mature, and there are other difficulties and deficiencies. All these require the headquarters of the national open universities to make systematic efforts from the macro scheme design, the construction of the middle view operation mechanism and the effective guidance of the micro teaching practice, so as to fully demonstrate the advantages and characteristics of the systematic ideological and political course teaching of the open university, give full play to the core function of ideological and political course to establish morality and cultivate people, and comprehensively improve the quality of education.
