新时代高校基层党建与资助工作融合路径研究

摘要：
教育公平是社会公平的重要基础，精准资助是促进教育公平的重要手段。高校党组织坚守为党育人、为国育才，全面统领高校工作开展。落实资助育人需要遵循党建引领方向，良好的资助育人工作实践为党建工作打开了思路。如何提升高校基层党建工作与资助育人双向促进的兼容性，对于落实精准资助、深化资助育人内涵和创新党建工作具有一定的现实意义。
Research on the Integration Path of Grassroots Party Building and Funding Work in Universities in the New Era

Abstract:
Education equity is an important foundation for social equity, accurate funding is an important means to promote educational equity. The Party organizations in universities adhere to educating people for the Party and the country, comprehensively leading the development of university work. Implementing subsidization for education requires following the direction of Party building guidance, good practice in education subsidization has opened up ideas for Party building work. How to improve the compatibility of the two-way promotion of Party building work and subsidization for education in colleges and universities has certain practical significance for implementing precise subsidization, deepening the connotation of subsidization for education and innovating Party building work.
