摘要：
高校辅导员的工作效能和归属感直接影响思政教学的效果和发展。因此，高校辅导员要满足当前和未来大学生价值观多元化和个性化提升所带来的发展和职业需求，必须深刻认识其工作规律，了解学生发展特征，不断提高其工作能力和水平，切实落实和实现教育发展目标，提高高校工作的针对性和实效性。
Discussion on the Work Efficiency and Sense of Belongingness of Counselors from a Positive Psychological Perspective

Abstract:
The work efficiency and sense of belonging of college counselors directly affect the effectiveness and development of students' ideological and political education. Therefore, in order to meet the development and career needs brought about by the diversification and personalized enhancement of values among current and future college students, university counselors must have a deep understanding of their work laws, understand the characteristics of student development, continuously improve their work abilities and levels, effectively implement and achieve educational development goals, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of university work.
