核心竞争力视角下“双师双能型”教师应用发展

摘要：
近年来，地方高校的教学方向和教学模式发生了一些变化。在地方高校，建设“双师双能型”师资队伍是一个新兴理念，也成为地方高校的首要任务。基于此，核心竞争力视角下，地方高校可以从加强“双师双能型”教师培训、强化教师理念和方向、拓宽人才引进渠道、建立科学的教师评价和激励机制等方面着手，提高“双师双能型”教师的素质和技能水平。

Abstract:
In recent years, there have been some changes in the teaching direction and mode in local universities. Building a "dual-qualified and dual-capable" teaching staff is a new concept, and it has also become the primary task of local universities. Based on this, from the perspective of core competitiveness, local colleges and universities can improve the quality and skill level of "dual-qualified and dual-capable" teachers by strengthening the training of teachers, strengthening the concept and direction of teachers, broadening the channels for talent introduction, and establishing a scientific teacher evaluation and incentive mechanism.
