学习支持服务作为开放教育教学的重要组成部分，是开放教育办学质量的具体体现。但是在实际运行过程中，学习支持服务质量保障机制不完善，影响开放教育整体发展水平。基于宁夏开放大学开放教育学习支持服务的探索与实践，以相关政策理论为指导，以管理支持服务、教学支持服务、交互支持服务存在具体问题为导向，通过问卷调查数据分析，建设和完善开放教育学习支持服务质量保障机制，需要秉持开放教育办学理念，坚持体系联动，推动创新发展。
Research on the Quality Assurance Mechanism of Open Education Learning Support Services

Abstract:
Learning support services, as an important component of open education teaching, are concrete manifestation of the quality of open education. However, in the actual operation process, the quality assurance mechanism of learning support services is imperfect, which affects the overall development level of open education. Based on the exploration and practice of open education learning support services in Ningxia Open University, guided by relevant policy theories and oriented by specific problems in management support services, teaching support services and interactive support services, and through questionnaire survey data analysis, the construction and improvement of a quality assurance mechanism for open education learning support services require upholding the concept of open education, adhering to system linkage, and promoting innovation and development.
