摘要：
当前高校更加注重应用型人才的培养，而在其学习实践中，良好的心理素质和价值理想会提升他们在工作学习中的愉悦感和幸福感，所以有必要加强应用型人才的思想政治教育建设。思想政治教育已经成为高校的必修科目，是教学计划中的重要内容，通过思想政治理论的学习，使学生形成积极向上勇于拼搏的意志，有利于他们树立崇高的道德感和责任感，更有利于应用型人才在实践中的广泛发展。
Practical Research on Ideological and Political Education in the Cultivation of Applied Talents

Abstract:
Currently, colleges and universities attach more importance to the training of practical personnel. In their learning practice, good psychological quality and value ideal will enhance their sense of pleasure and happiness in work and study, so it is necessary to strengthen the construction of ideological and political education for practical personnel. Ideological and political education has become a compulsory subject in colleges and universities as well as a crucial part of teaching plan. Through the study of ideological and political theories, students can form a positive and courageous will, which is conducive to their establishment of a noble sense of morality and responsibility, and to the extensive development of applied talents in practice.
