校企合作双主体育人模式人才培养研究与实践

摘要：
针对目前高职院校在人才培养中普遍存在的问题，需要突出高素质技术技能人才的培养，深化产教融合、校企合作，研究实践校企合作和“五位一体”模式与“六共”机制，从人才培养目标、课程体系、教学模式、教学资源开发、双师培训及双师技能社团六个方面进行校企双主体育人专业建设，形成多样化的双主体合作模式与机制，不断提高双主体育人成效。
Research and Practice on the Talent Cultivation of Dual Subject Education Mode in School-Enterprise Cooperation

Abstract:
In response to the common problems in talent cultivation in vocational colleges, it is necessary to highlight the cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents, deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation, research and practice the “Five in One” model and “Six in One” mechanism of school enterprise cooperation, and carry out the professional construction of school-enterprise dual subject talent cultivation from six aspects: talent cultivation goals, curriculum system, teaching mode, teaching resource development, dual teacher training, and dual teacher skill clubs, to form diversified dual subject cooperation model and mechanism, and continuously improve the effectiveness of dual subject talent cultivation.
