养教结合视域下养老服务机构发展策略研究

摘要：
人口老龄化的发展和老年人口数量的快速增加，使我国在养老服务方面面临着前所未有的挑战。在现有养老服务供给不足的背景下，通过发展养教结合老年服务，既有利于丰富和加强新时代养老服务机构发展，促进养老服务体系的建设和完善，也能使养老服务惠及更多的老年人群体。在现有条件下，养老服务机构发展还存在发展理念落后、模式缺乏创新、服务内容和质量不高、保障不足等方面的问题，通过创新理念、整合资源、规范服务标准、加强保障和监管等路径，有利于推动养老服务机构的升级发展，促进我国养老服务事业的高质量发展。
Research on the Development Strategy of Elderly Care Service Institutions from the Perspective of Combination of Nursing and Education

Abstract:
With the development of population aging and the rapid increase of the number of elderly people, China’s elderly care services are facing unprecedented challenges. In the context of insufficient supply of existing elderly care services, the development of combination of nursing and education elderly care services will not only enrich and strengthen the development of elderly care service institutions in the new era, promote the construction and improvement of the elderly care service system, but also enable the elderly care services to benefit more elderly groups. Under the existing conditions, there are still problems in the development of elderly care service institutions, such as backward development concepts, lack of innovation in models, low service content and quality, and insufficient security. Through innovative ideas, integration of resources, standardization of service standards, and strengthening of security and supervision, it is beneficial to promote the upgrading and development of elderly care service institutions, and promote the high-quality development of China’s elderly care service industry.
