摘要：
太平天国北方战场的军规，具有统一法典文书形式的内容较少，大多体现为行军、行营、营内勘务、作战等各种军事行动的行为准则和惯例。北伐军的军规形成，就是将一系列适合自己作战特点的经验做法制度化。这些军规是具有实际约束力的不成文的安全规程。评价北伐军军规不能仅用一个评判标准来衡量，应该全面客观分析其目的、作用、影响及后果。
Military Regulations of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in the North Battlefield

Abstract:
As for the military regulations of Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in the north battlefield,less content was in the form of unification code documents and most of them reflected the code of conduct and other practices about the march,the field headquarters,the camp service,operations and other kind of military action.The formation of the Northern Expeditionary Army's military regulations was from a series of the experience and practice of institutionalization that suited to their battle characteristics.These regulations were unwritten safety rules that had a real binding.Evaluation of the Northern Expeditionary Army regulations can not be based only on one criterion.A comprehensive and objective analysis should be given to measure its purpose,role,impact and consequences.
