新“国培”高质量培训者队伍体系化管理探索

摘要：
“十四五”期间，教师培训“提质增效”是推进“国培计划”的重点工作。培训者队伍体系化建设尚不完善，可通过优化甄选、强化培养、内化提升三个阶段严把“入口关”，加强“管理关”，增强“素质关”，实施五段循环，打造高质量的培训者队伍，从而推动教师培训“提质增效”，促进教育高质量发展，助力2035中国教育现代化。
Exploration of Systematic Management of High-quality Trainer Team in the new “National Training”

Abstract:
During the "14 th Five-Year Plan" period, "improving the quality and efficiency" of teacher training is the key work of promoting the "National Training Program". The systematic construction of the trainer team is not perfect. Through three stages of optimization and selection, intensified training, and internalization improvement, we can strictly control the "entry level", strengthen the "management level", enhance the "quality level", implement a five-stage cycle to create a high-quality trainer team, so as to promote the "quality and efficiency" of teacher training, promote the high-quality development of education, and help the modernization of China's education in 2035.
