科教融合理念下的学术规范与人才培养——以《外国语言文学学术规范与方法论研究》为例

摘要：
外语专业的学术规范和人才培养十分重要，但目前我国的体系尚未完善。由南京大学出版社出版的《外国语言文学学术规范与方法论研究》（ 2020），集中反映了以杨金才为首的众多学者致力于外国语言文学学科建设、聚焦于学术规范与人才培养的重大研究成果。该书契合科教融合的理念，将学术研究的共性与外国语言文学学科的个性有机结合，兼备学术研究的理论指导性与现实实用性，有助于新时代外语学科的发展与外语人才的培养。
Academic Norms and Talent Cultivation under the Concept of Integration of Science and Education——Based on Research on Academic Norms and Methodology of Foreign Language and Literature

Abstract:
The academic norms and talent cultivation in foreign language are very important, but the current system in China is not yet perfect. Research on Academic Norms and Methodology of Foreign Language and Literature was published by Nanjing University Press in 2020. It reflects the major research achievements of scholars led by Yang Jin-cai who are committed to the discipline construction of foreign languages and literature, focusing on academic norms and talent cultivation. This book is in line with the concept of integration of science and education, organically combines the generality of academic research with the individuality of foreign language and literature discipline, and combines the theoretical guidance and practical applicability of academic research, which is conducive to the development of foreign language discipline and the cultivation of foreign language talents in the new era.
