近年来，全球各领域呈现加速度变化，世界的不确定性也在进一步增强。这些变化和趋势将会对教育产生巨大影响，某种意义上，将会重塑教育和决定教育的未来。2022年经合组织（ OECD）发布《塑造教育的趋势2022年》（ Trends Shaping Education 2022）报告，内容涉及社会和经济发展、生活和工作的变化、知识的迭代和治理、虚拟世界的文化、生态危机的警钟等五个方面，每个方面又有五个具体亚主题加以支撑和说明。复杂多变的世界是报告出台的背景，在不确定中寻找趋势，尤其是塑造教育的趋势是报告的主要内容，并由此带给教育者思考未来教育以诸多启示。
Trends Shaping Education and Its Implications for the Future of Education——A Review and Analysis Based on the OECD's Report Trends Shaping Education 2022

Abstract:
It has seen an acceleration of changes in all areas of the globe and an intensification of uncertainty in the world in recent years. Trends will have a huge impact on education and, in a sense, will reshape it and determine its future. In 2022, the OECD released the report Trends Shaping Education 2022. The report covers five areas:social and economic development, changes in life and work, knowledge iteration and governance, the culture of the virtual world, and the alarming ecological crisis, each of which is supported and illustrated by five specific themes. The complex and changeable world is the background of the report. Looking for trends in uncertainty, especially shaping the trend of education, is the main content of the report, which gives educators a lot of inspiration to think about future education.
