英语核心素养教育是以核心素养的发展为导向，旨在激发学生的学习积极性，培养学生在特定情境下的语言理解和表达能力，提升学生的文化意识和思维品质。职场英语核心素养教育即是要运用英语多模态教学模式，培养学习者的语言能力、文化品格、思维品质和学习能力，促进英语学科核心素养的形成，并具备必备的品格和能力，实现人与社会的协调发展。英语多模态教学模式和素养教育理念将引领英语学科育人模式的全面改革。
On the Development of Students' Core Literacy under the Multimodal English Teaching Mode

Abstract:
English core literacy education, guided by the development of core literacy, is to stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and cultivate students' language understanding and expression ability in specific situations while improve students' cultural awareness and thinking quality. Career English core literacy education is to use the English multimodal teaching mode to cultivate learners' language ability, cultural character, thinking quality and learning ability, promote the formation of English subject core literacy, and enable students to have the necessary character and ability to achieve the harmonious development of man and society. Multimodal teaching model and the concept of literacy education will lead the comprehensive reform of the English education.
