近代开滦煤矿工人生存状况探析

摘要：
开滦煤矿是洋务运动中较早开办的民用企业，吸纳了大量失业农民、手工业者等社会底层群体，是近代中国工人阶级的重要集聚地。近代开滦煤矿井下劳动环境恶劣，工伤事故频发；工人食宿条件差，常常入不敷出；挣扎在生存边缘的矿工，往往通过祭拜神灵、信奉天主教寻求精神寄托。在中国共产党的宣传动员下，开滦煤矿工人的革命意识与阶级觉悟逐渐增强，其精神归属亦突破个人范畴，开始与国家前途、民族命运交织在一起，逐渐发展成为中国北方无产阶级的重要力量。
An Exploration of the Survival of Modern Kailuan Coal Miners

Abstract:
The Kailuan Coal Mines were an early civil enterprise during the foreign affairs movement and absorbed a large number of unemployed peasants, artisans and other social underclasses, making them an important gathering place for the working class in modern China. The coal mines in Kailuan in the modern era were characterised by harsh working conditions and accidents at work; poor accommodation and food for the workers who were often unable to make ends meet; and the miners, struggling to survive, often sought spiritual support by worshipping spirits and practising Catholicism. As a result of the CPC's propaganda and mobilisation, the revolutionary consciousness and class consciousness of the Kailuan coal miners grew, and their spiritual affiliation became intertwined with the future of the country and the destiny of the nation, gradually developing into an important force for the Chinese proletariat in the north.
