互联网背景下基层“智慧党建”系统构建策略研究

摘要：
当前智慧党建系统存在共享层次较低、优秀人才匮乏、网络犯罪猖獗等问题，据此应从建设七大系统、打造四大平台两大维度推进基层“智慧党建”系统的构建，并构建党建工作新生态，强化信息素养培育，打造全国党建云平台，完善信息安全保障，从而为基层“智慧党建”系统提供支持与保障。
Research on the Construction Strategy of Grass-roots “Smart Party Building” System under the Background of the Internet

Abstract:
At present, there are some problems in the smart Party building system, such as low sharing level, lack of excellent talents, rampant computer crime. Therefore, we should promote the construction of the grass-roots “smart Party building” system from the construction of seven systems and four platforms, and build a new ecosystem of Party building work, strengthen the cultivation of information literacy, build a national Party building cloud platform, and improve information security, so as to provide support and guarantee for the grass-roots “smart Party building” system.
