摘要：
在“互联网+档案”新业态下，传统档案信息服务遇到了新兴互联网的挑战，也给档案部门的档案信息服务提出了新的要求。档案管理部门应建立互联网思维，明确“互联网+档案”新业态下开展服务方式创新的必要性，并从树立现代管理理念、完善统一规划设计、增强资源整合意识、拓宽线上服务渠道、关注不同用户体验等几个方面探索服务方式创新的措施和途径。
Innovation of Service Mode of the New Business Type of “Internet + Archives” Research

Abstract:
Under the new business mode of “Internet + archives”, the traditional archives information service meets the challenge of the emerging Internet, which also puts forward new requirements for the archives information service of the archives departments. Archives management departments should establish Internet oriented thinking, clarify the necessity of carrying out service mode innovation under the new business mode of “Internet + archives”, and explore measures and ways of service mode innovation from several aspects, such as establishing modern management concepts, improving unified planning and design, enhancing awareness of resource integration, broadening online service channels, and focusing on different user experiences.
