农村大学生党员参与乡村振兴路径探析

摘要：
随着时代的发展，乡村全面振兴成为新时代的重要任务。为解决乡村振兴中的人才问题，从有着地缘背景的农村大学生党员角度出发，分析这类人员参与乡村振兴的优势，得出专业素养高、创造性发挥强和数字化运用能力强的优点。作为有理想信念的农村大学生党员在参与乡村振兴时还存在实践经验不足、无法实地参与和群众基础不强的劣势，对此提出加强晶体智力、加强异地交流和提升群众信服力的发展路径。
On the Path of Rural College Student Party Members Participating in Rural Revitalization

Abstract:
With the development of the times, the overall revitalization of rural areas has become an important task in the new era. In order to solve the talent issue in rural revitalization, from the perspective of rural college student party members with geographical background, the study analyzes the advantages of this kind of personnel in rural revitalization, and obtains the advantages of high professional quality, strong creativity and fast digital application. It is concluded that the party members of rural college students with ideals and beliefs still have the disadvantages of lacking practical experience, being unable to participate on the spot and having a weak mass base in participating in the rural revitalization. In this regard, the development path of strengthening crystal intelligence, strengthening communication between different places and enhancing the people's confidence is proposed.
