摘要：
“和合”思想源于中华优秀传统文化，其主要内涵是追求世界万物之间的和谐、圆润与圆通。几千年来“和”“合”一直是中华民族精神家园的人文底蕴、心理特质及社会关系理则。新时代高校大学生正处于人格塑造的关键时期，肩负着新时代赋予的使命与任务。将中华民族传统的“和合思想”融入大学生人格培育中，培养当代大学生的社会意识，正确认知个体与群体及家国间的依从关系，可使其更好地践行和弘扬社会主义核心价值观。
Cultivating Harmonious Personality of College Students under Socialist Core Values

Abstract:
The thought of “harmony” originates from the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and its main connotation is to pursue harmony, roundness and smoothness among all things in the world. For thousands of years, “harmony” and “cooperation” have been the humanistic details, psychological characteristics and social relations principle of the spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation. College students in the new era are in the critical period of personality shaping and shoulder the mission and task entrusted by the new era. Integrating the traditional “harmony thought” of the Chinese nation into the cultivation of college students' personality, cultivating the social consciousness of contemporary college students, and correctly recognizing the compliance relationship between individuals, groups, families and country can make them better practice and carry forward the socialist core values.
