新时代雄安新区终身教育体系构建难点及路径

摘要：
《中国教育现代化2035》明确指出要构建服务全民的终身学习体系，新时代终身教育体系建构的需要已经迫在眉睫。河北雄安新区作为京津冀协同发展的牵引地区，对于终身教育体系的建构既面临着机遇，也面临着挑战。雄安新区教育的发展面临着对终身教育理解的偏差、对承接北京非首都功能行动的偏差和人才外流的问题，所以应明确终身教育内涵，发挥雄安优势，切实落实政策行动，继续推进雄安新区智慧教育示范区建设，完善雄安新区公共服务体系建设，创新人才引进模式，探寻新时代终身教育体系建构的雄安路径。
Difficulties and Paths of Constructing Lifelong Education System in Xiong'an New Area in the New Era

Abstract:
The China Education Modernization 2035 clearly points out the need to build a lifelong learning system to serve all people, and the need to construct a lifelong education system in the new era is imminent. The Xiong'an New Area in Hebei Province, as a traction area for the collaborative development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, faces both opportunities and challenges for the construction of a lifelong education system. The development of education in Xiong'an New Area is faced with the deviation of understanding of lifelong education, the deviation of undertaking non-capital function actions in Beijing and the problem of brain drain. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the connotation of lifelong education, give full play to Xiong'an's advantages, effectively implement policy actions, continue to promote the construction of smart education demonstration zone in Xiong'an New Area, improve the construction of public service system in Xiong'an New Area, innovate the talent introduction mode, and explore the Xiong'an path for the construction of lifelong education system in the new era.
