民国农村工业化思想中的合作理念及其实践

摘要：
20世纪20年代末后，农村工业化很快成为农村问题领域的一种重要思潮，这一思潮中的主流观点认为农村工业只有采取合作制度才有前途，但关于如何在农村工业中推行合作制度的具体设计却甚为少见，实践成就更是微乎其微。合作运动自身的缺陷，有关各方组织、领导不力以及向农民灌输合作理念失败，是在农村工业中推行合作制度失败的主要原因。
The Cooperative Idea and Practice in the Thinking of Rural Industrialization During the Period of the Republic of China

Abstract:
Thoughts of rural industrialization soon became an important thinking in the field of rural issues in the late years of the 1920s.The mainst ream ideas of this thinking were that rural industry could grow only when cooperative system was practiced.However, detailed programmes about how to carry out cooperative system in the rural industry were quite few and achievements of practices were next to nothing.The main reasons for the failure of implementing the cooperative system in rural industrialization were:the defects of cooperat ion movement, the ineffective organizing and leading of the concerned parties, especially their failure to implant the cooperative idea in the peasants.
