农户互助机制:形成逻辑、运行规律及实践价值

摘要：
在国家实施乡村振兴战略背景下，研究农户互助行为内在规律，具有理论和实践价值。农户互助机制的形成，缘于农户对确定性收益的追求，符合农村经济社会发展实际，实现了农户资源优化配置，有其支撑条件和理论依据，具有显著的正外部性。在实践中应注意准确把握机制运行规律，做好农村社区公共品供给，积极发挥舆论监督和引领作用，保障机制运行顺畅，提高乡村社会有效治理水平。
Farmers' Mutual Aid Mechanism: Formation Logic, Operation Rule and Practical Value

Abstract:
Under the background of the national rural vitalization strategy, it is of theoretical and practical value to study the internal law of farmers' mutual assistance behavior. The formation of farmers mutual aid mechanism is due to farmers' pursuit of deterministic benefits,which is in line with the reality of rural economic and social development, realizes the optimal allocation of farmers' resources, has its supporting conditions and theoretical basis, and has significant positive externalities. In practice, we should pay attention to grasp the operation law of the mechanism, effectively supplying public goods in rural communities, actively exerting the supervision and leading role of public opinion, ensuring the smooth operation of the mechanism, and improving the effective governance level of rural society.
