新时代高校学生法治素养培育路径探析

摘要：
在新时代全面推进依法治国的时代契机下，高校加强学生法治素养的培育，不仅是高校法治工作的时代使命，更是其培养社会主义建设者和接班人的必然要求。新时代高校学生法治素养包含法治知识、法治文化、法治思维、法治信仰、法治实践五个层面。高校应在习近平法治思想的指引下，理清学生法治素养培育的现实困境，坚持实践与理论并行、内涵与外延同步、措施与反馈对接的原则，通过增强培育力量、创新培育模式、互动反馈评价三个层面，打造高校学生法治素养全程培育路径，有效、持续推动高校学生法治素养的提升。
A Probe into the Route of Cultivation of College Students' Legal Literacy in the New Era

Abstract:
Under the opportunity of comprehensively promoting the rule of law in the new era, strengthening the cultivation of students' legal literacy is not only the mission of the rule of law work in colleges and universities, but also the inevitable requirement of cultivating socialist builders and successors. The rule of law literacy of college students in the new era includes five aspects:rule of law knowledge, rule of law culture, rule of law thinking, rule of law belief, and rule of law practice. Colleges and universities should, guided by Xi Jin-ping's thought on the rule of law, clarify the practical difficulties in cultivating students' legal literacy, adhere to the principles of parallel practice and theory, synchronization of connotation and extension, and connection of measures and feedback. Through strengthening the cultivation strength, innovating the cultivation mode, and interactive feedback evaluation, we will build a whole process cultivation path of college students' legal literacy, and effectively and continuously promote the improvement of college students' legal literacy.
