摘要：
网络计算机技术已经逐渐成为我们生活中必不可少的存在，也从根本上提升了我们的生活质量。然而其在现今社会治理过程中，也呈现出了诸多问题。为了能够更加全面地将现代化的“互联网+”技术融入对社会秩序的治理当中，最大限度将多元化、科学化、民主化的社会治理融入社会主义的发展进程当中，我们应该不断地创新新时代的技术，通过转变传统的管理理念、完善机制管理建设、完善基础设施建设来实现社会治理创新性发展。

Abstract:
Network computer technology has gradually become an indispensable existence in our life, and has fundamentally improved our quality of life. However, it also presents many problems in the current social governance process.In order to more comprehensively integrate modern "Internet +" technology into the governance of social order, and maximize the integration of diversified, scientific, and democratic social governance into the process of socialist development,we should constantly innovate the technology of the new era, and achieve innovative development of social governance by changing traditional management concepts, improving mechanism management construction and improving infrastructure construction.
