试论提升城市社区思政教育实效性的路径选择

摘要：
城市社区思政教育工作是促进基层社会治理高质量发展的重要影响因素。但现有的思政教育存在形式单一，教学内容针对性不强，外在环境影响复杂，制度建设不完善等不足。因此，创新教学方式，充实教学内容，加强人、财、物的投入，发挥党员模范带头作用，完善制度是其实效性提升的路径选择。
On the Path Selection of Improving the Practical Effect of Urban Community Ideological and Political Education

Abstract:
Urban community ideological and political education is an important factor to promote the high quality development of grassroots social governance. But the existing ideological and political education has a single form, the teaching content is not targeted, the external environment influence is complex, the system construction is not perfect. Therefore, innovating teaching methods, enriching teaching content, strengthening the investment of people and property, giving play to the exemplary role of Party members, and improving the system are the path choices to improve its effectiveness.
