抗战时期，为了获得根据地民众对战争的支持，在群众路线的指导下中国共产党开展了一系列群众运动，在广大乡村地区举办的群英会就是一场围绕群众路线而展开的典型运动。群英会通过自下而上的选举方式选出模范，在广大群众中起到了树立典型、动员群众的政治作用；群英代表涵盖的地域、领域广泛，迎合了抗日政策的需要；群英会通过座谈会、展览会等活动，将先进经验带回群众中推广，实现了从群众中来，到群众中去。这些不仅是群众路线得到贯彻的表现，更是中共革命理论与革命实践相结合的典范。通过群众运动，中国共产党不仅在乡村汲取了大量的人力与物力资源，而且也获得了基层民众对于中共政权的高度认同。
The Implementation and Practice of the CPC's Mass Line during the Counter-Japanese War——Taking the Qunying Association in Shanxi as an Example

Abstract:
During the counter-Japanese war, in order to gain the support of the masses in the base areas for the war, the CPC launched a series of mass movements under the guidance of the mass line, The Qunying Association selected models through bottom-up elections, which played a political role in establishing models and mobilizing the masses among the general public. The Qunying representatives covered a wide range of regions and fields, and met the needs of the Chinese Communist Party's counter-Japanese policy. Through symposiums, exhibitions and other activities, Qunying Association brought advanced experience back to the masses for promotion, and realized the goal of coming from the masses and going to the masses. This is not only a manifestation of the implementation of the CPC's mass line, but also a model of the combination of CPC's revolutionary theory and revolutionary practice. Through this mass movement, the CPC not only established a stable regime in the countryside, but also gained a sense of recognition of the CPC regime by the broad masses of people at the grassroots level.
