试论新时代农村学校师德建设的基本遵循

摘要：
新时代乡村振兴战略背景下，农村学校教育教学愈发强调教育的道德性和教学的教育性，要求承担教育教学职责的农村教师不断提高师德水平，加强师德建设。要形成并强化对新时代农村学校师德建设内涵要义、价值意蕴的认知及认同，熟悉新时代农村学校师德建设问题所在，并回答新时代农村学校师德建设的践行方法以实现新时代农村学校师德发展，推动乡村振兴。
The Basic Principles of the Construction of Teachers' Ethics in Rural Schools in the New Era

Abstract:
Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy in the new era, rural school education an d teaching have increasingly emphasized the morality of education and the educational nature of teaching, requiring rural teachers who undertake the responsibilities of education and teaching to continuously improve the level and strengthen the construction of teacher morality. It is necessary to form and strengthen the cognition and recognition of the connotation and value implication of the construction of teachers' morality in rural schools in the new era, know well the problems of the construction of teachers' morality in rural schools in the new era, and answer the practice methods of the construction of teachers' morality in rural schools in the new era to achieve rural school teachers' morality development and promote rural revitalization.
