“三全育人”视域下高校网络思政创新研究

摘要：
“三全育人”旨在建设一种多主体参与、多模块互动、多功能协同的思想政治教育场域。基于现实维度出发，网络空间因具有良好的开放性、连接性、融合性优势，是“三全育人”理念落实的理想之地。然而，现实中的网络空间并不具备思政育人的自主动机，且网络传播缺乏监管、思政资源泥沙俱下，需要按照“三全育人”需求进行重构，才能保障高校网络思想政治教育创新的实效性。通过建立统一的网络思想政治教育平台、扁平式网络思想政治教育结构和联合型网络思想政治教育组织，创新高校网络思政教育模式，能够促进全员化、全过程和全方位育人协同，提升高校网络思政育人工作水平。
Research on the Innovation of Online Ideological and Political Education in Colleges from the Perspective of “Three-wide Education”

Abstract:
“Three-wide education” aims to build a field of ideological and political education with multi-agent participation, multi module interaction and multi-functional coordination. Based on the realistic dimension, cyberspace is an ideal place to implement the concept of "three-wide education" because of its advantages of openness, connectivity, and integration. However cyberspace does not have the independent motivation of ideological and political education, and the online communication is lack of supervision, and the ideological and political resources are a mixture of different qualities. It needs to be reconstructed according to the needs of "three-wide education to ensure the effectiveness of the innovation of online ideological and political education in colleges and universities. By establishing a unified network ideological and political education platform, a flat network ideological and political education structure, and a joint network ideological and political education organization, and innovating the network ideological and political education model in colleges and universities, it can promote full-staff, whole-process and all-round education collaboration and improve the level of network ideological and political education in colleges and universities..
